April 2013 Market Report

I'm going to be honest - this drastic increase is good, but also seems a little frightening to me.  We went through these appreciation rates back in 2005-2007 and I just don't want to see it happen again.  I know that the market cycles, but wow.  Check out the market report from our local association of Realtors for the month of April, 2013.
