March 2012 Treasure Valley Real Estate Newsletter

I have been doing monthly newsletters for probably 2-3 years.  However, I did them very un-techy.  Basically I just wrote an email and sent it out to my entire database.  It did look similar each month as I copied it and changed the content, but it really wasn't that professional.  About a year ago I signed up for MailChimp and started working on getting a better one out there.  It wasn't until today that I finally sent out my first MailChimp newsletter to my database.

Check out my March 2012 Treasure Valley Real Estate Newsletter - I have great real estate articles and real estate news both national and local, as well as local Boise, Idaho events and our real estate listings all around the valley.  We have listings in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell & Kuna right now.  If you like what you see and you would like to be on my mailing list for future newsletters let me know - kaseyboles@boiserealtystore.com

I have to admit, I'm not like most optimistic Real Estate Agents. I like to think of myself as a "realist" (like all good pessimists do :-) I try not to be too "Doom & Gloomy" but I'm certainly not always thinking… more

Just because a house is “For Sale” does not mean that it is “Open! ”

I couldn't have said this better myself. Short, sweet and to the point, but completely right on. Buyers, just because a home is for sale doesn't mean that you can trespass. Also, agents aren't allow to give out the lockbox code to buyers. … more
