One thing I like about our local title company Title One, is that they do a regular video series called "News You Can Use" and upload it to Youtube. On the series they talk about changes in the industry, things that will affect consumers, lenders, real estate agents, title, anything to do with the real estate industry.
There are some new laws that came into effect September 1st. Below Title One does a video on some of these changes.
