July 2014 Ada County, ID Housing Market Report

July 2014 Housing Market Report


832 homes were sold in the month of July in Ada County.  Although this is down 7% from July 2013, ACAR is confident that some upcoming inventory in the under $160,000 range will help spark sales from first time home buyers.

Days on Market for July were 47 with the number of houses available for sale up 14% from this time last year.  Median home price appears to continue to trend upward as well at $213,800 for the month of July.
